Job description ​ We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader with strong semiconductor process/equipment experience to drive manufacturing excellence and build a high-performing team. This role requires a balance of technical depth, team leadership, and ownership mindset in a fast-growing and dynamic environment. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and data-driven decision making, with opportunities to drive real impact on yield, performance, and operational excellence. Job Responsibilities * Lead and develop a team of process/equipment engineers to support high-volume manufacturing * Drive process stability, yield improvement, and equipment performance * Own and execute continuous improvement initiatives (yield / cycle time / cost) * Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, IE, and global teams * Make data-driven decisions and take accountability for line performance * Coach and mentor team members to grow technical and leadership capabilities * Support new technology transfer / ramp-up / site expansion Our Culture * We value ownership and accountability – leaders are empowered to make decisions and take responsibility * We encourage open and direct communication across all levels * We operate in a results-driven and fast-paced environment * We believe in coaching, feedback, and continuous growth Position requirement * Senior Process / Equipment Engineering Lead (Semiconductor) * Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor – Wafer Fab / Probing * Process & Equipment Integration Lead * Semiconductor Engineering Manager (Emerging Site / New Fab) Must Have * 5–10+ years experience in semiconductor process or equipment engineering * Experience in wafer fab / OSAT * Proven experience in team leadership (formal or informal) * Strong understanding of yield, SPC, process control, equipment reliability * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high accountability environment * Strong communication skills in cross-functional and global settings Nice to Have * Experience in advanced node or high-volume manufacturing (HVM) * Exposure to U.S. or multinational company culture * Experience in ramp-up / new site / greenfield fab * Knowledge of automation / data analytics / smart manufacturing Others * Opportunity to build and shape a new organization / new site * High visibility with global leadership team * Chance to make real impact on manufacturing performance * Fast career growth for high performers Job Profile(s): FAB Engineer 4 Lead Relocation level: (TBD) Before Getting Started Please review Micron’s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
