Escalates issues to Clinical Manager\u00A0\u00A0
Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s)\u00A0\u00A0
Collaborates with other departments regarding patient and client needs\u00A0\u00A0
Prioritizes and organizes workflows for shift\u00A0\u00A0
Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift which includes but is not limited to:\u00A0\u00A0\u00A0
Manages early call-ins, early departures, call-offs, sharing of resources, breaks and lunches for team members\u00A0\u00A0
Assigns team member responsibilities per shift\u00A0\u00A0
Addresses process or employee issues during their shift\u00A0\u00A0
Communicates schedule changes, performance concerns and shift issues\u00A0 to the Clinical Manager routinely\u00A0\u00A0
Serves as first level responder to client concerns and drug escalations\u00A0\u00A0
Trains and mentors new team members\u00A0\u00A0
Provides input to Clinical Manager on team member performance evaluations\u00A0\u00A0
