In this role, you will request, track, and manage medical records from multiple sources to ensure records are received quickly, accurately, and in full. You will communicate professionally with clients and healthcare facilities while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.What You'll DoRequest and obtain medical records from hospitals, clinical facilities (including physician offices), and other healthcare providers, including via partner portalsFollow up on outstanding medical records requests via phone, fax, email, or partner portalsReview records for completeness and accuracyTrack request status and maintain detailed logs and databasesOrganize, merge, name, and upload medical records into electronic platformsEnsure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA, and other applicable privacy regulationsMaintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive informationCommunicate with internal staff regarding records status, timelines, and delaysResolve issues related to incomplete, missing, or duplicate recordsProcess authorizations and releases of information (ROI)Who You AreAt least two years of experience in Customer ServiceAt least two years of experience in healthcare servicesWorking knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare systemExcellent spoken and written communication skillsData entry skills (Intermediate level or above)Ability to rapidly solve problems while coordinating with team members and healthcare facilitiesExcellent listening skillsStrong time management skillsApply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
