Mechanical Technician ( Utilities and product handling)

Requirements:• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.• Minimum 6 years of mechanical maintenance experience.• Experience in utilities, fertilizer, power plant, port, cement, mining, or heavy industrial plant.Key Responsibilities:• *Maintain cooling towers, boilers, air compressors, diesel engines, pumps, valves, and gearboxes*.• Maintain conveyors, reclaimers, ship loaders, storage tanks, and product handling systems.• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.• Carry out equipment inspection, repair, alignment, and overhauling.• Follow PTW, LOTO, and HSE procedures.• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating and static mechanical equipment.• Maintain pumps, compressors, blowers, fans, turbines, valves, vessels, exchangers and piping.• Carry out equipment installation, removal and reinstallation activities.• Read and understand mechanical drawings, isometrics and datasheets.• Inspect work quality and rectify identified mechanical faults.
