WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Analyze local market for all product categories within Heating and CoolingPropose, realize and control marketing activities for the Hungarian marketSupport business plan creation for the marketing area, including product pricings, and marketing budgetSupport creating product plan and introducing new products to the marketsClosely work together with the key customers, sales team and managementEnsure and coordinate new products launching phase in link with sales, technical & spec in teamsSupport the control of the marketing budget and ensure marketing activities are in line with business directionPropose and implement activities to support customer sales business plansCreate regular reports on activities and KPI’sManage the social media, website and the Loyalty Partner ProgramOrganise local events, fairs and conferencesResponsible for managing showroom and mock-up materialsManage other PR activities

- Support creating product plan and introducing new products to the markets
- Closely work together with the key customers, sales team and management
- Ensure and coordinate new products launching phase in link with sales, technical & spec in teams
- Support the control of the marketing budget and ensure marketing activities are in line with business direction
- Propose and implement activities to support customer sales business plans
- Create regular reports on activities and KPI’s
- Manage the social media, website and the Loyalty Partner Program
- Organise local events, fairs and conferences
- Responsible for managing showroom and mock-up materials
- Manage other PR activities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Relevant University Degree with functionally marketing focused4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the AEC sectorFluency in Hungarian and strong English skills Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office software packageStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail, innovative, driven and flexibleNice to have: B2B experience SAP knowledge
- Relevant University Degree with functionally marketing focused
