JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.
What this opportunity involves:
This is your chance to drive the commercial success of premium retail assets through strategic marketing leadership and creative campaign execution. As a Retail Marketing Manager at JLL, you'll develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that increase foot traffic, drive sales, and enhance asset value. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and in this role, you'll do exactly that by creating compelling brand experiences that resonate with shoppers and deliver measurable results for property owners. You'll oversee everything from annual marketing planning and budget management to digital strategy and tenant collaboration, ensuring every initiative contributes to the centre's profitability and long-term growth. Working alongside a team that values fresh thinking and collaborative problem-solving, you'll blend data-driven insights with creative innovation while embracing more innovative ways of working to strengthen and advance your career.
An overview of the role:
Develop, prepare and execute the annual marketing plan, calendar and budget that aligns with asset objectives and drives measurable traffic and sales growth
Design and implement digital marketing and social media strategies, developing campaign briefs and promotional activities that engage audiences across multiple platforms
Collaborate with the Centre Manager to maximise income for property owners, providing regular reporting on sales performance, traffic data, and campaign effectiveness
Maintain and update website content on retailers and the asset in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital touchpoints
Coordinate day-to-day signage, wayfinding, and promotional displays across centre locations to enhance the customer experience
Work closely with individual retailers to maximise their sales potential and contribute to increased traffic flow throughout the centre
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and lead repositioning exercises when required to keep the asset competitive and relevant
Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and adjust strategies to optimise results and demonstrate the value link between marketing investment and asset performance
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
Proven experience in retail property marketing with a demonstrated track record of developing and delivering high-quality, effective marketing strategies
Strong ability to demonstrate the connection between marketing activity and client investment performance through data analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with retailers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Confidence and creativity in developing brand and positioning strategies that differentiate assets in competitive markets
Highly organised with strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Working knowledge of social media tools, platforms, and best practices for retail marketing
Experience in marketing planning, budget management, and financial reporting
Track record of monitoring and exceeding individual performance targets in a commercial environment
"Go-getter" attitude with entrepreneurial thinking and a solutions-oriented mindset — because we choose to take the more inspiring, innovative, and optimistic path on our journey toward success
