Responsibilities:1. Define Roadmap of FinFET process on Logic (General/ULP/ULL/HPC) platform; update the new device specifications; formulate and execute development plans2. Strategize market expansion strategies of corresponding platforms, cooperate with salespeople to expand client base and achieve performance goalsQualifications:1. Confident and ambitious, works well under pressure2. Good technical and business acumen3. Strong communication skills4. Foundry RD, PIE, PE, CE work experience, or foundry interface work experience in a chip design company (those who are interested in the MKT are preferred)5. Foundry MKT/BD related work experience is preferred6. Familiarity with FinFET Device and process is preferred
