The Marketing Analytics role will play a pivotal role in driving growth strategy. Responsible for supporting marketing strategies and execution across paid and organic channels, while owning the data infrastructure, reporting, and analytics that inform and optimize efforts.

We're excited to hire this role at Range's office in New York City. All of our positions follow an in-office schedule Monday through Friday, allowing you to collaborate directly with your team. If you're not currently based in one of these areas but love what you see, let’s discuss relocation as part of your journey to joining us.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze complex datasets. Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, podcasts, and other emerging platforms.

  • Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and aggregate marketing data from various sources, including 3rd party platforms (Meta and Google) and internal data warehouses.

  • Develop and automate reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Perform in-depth analyses of campaign performance, including attribution modeling, A/B testing, and spend efficiency studies.

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis.

  • Perform predictive modeling, campaign forecasting, or creative fatigue analysis (Hill function modeling) using Python.

  • Collaborate with engineers to enhance data collection processes and ensure data accuracy.

  • Position requires less than 10% domestic travel.

Requirements
