Job description

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical or its equivalent Technical Courses/Technology Graduates
Proficiency in basic electronics and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Preferably with knowledge in product testing and troubleshooting
Work experience in Semiconductor Probe, KGD, AOI and TnR process is an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills, resilient, adaptable, trainable and can coordinate effectively with cross functional team
Flexible and must have a strong mutitasking, problem solving and time management skills
Familiarity with any of the Test Platform: ASK1K, ASL3K, ETS364, ETS800, Advantest, Powertech, Fettest Testers
Familiarity with any of the Handler Platform: Prober (P8-XL, WDF-DP, Precio XL TEL), TnR Machine (DS10K,DS15K,DS20K Muehlbauer , MI10, MI30, MI40), Semight PB6400, CSM2000, CSM3000 Wafer Marker Machine
Familiarity with any of the AOI Machine: ICOS, Camtek

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on Probe, SiC KGD, AOI, and TnR equipment to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
Execute scheduled PM activities in accordance with maintenance plans, procedures, and safety requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, hardware, and system-related issues to minimize downtime and production impact.
Support equipment setup, qualification, calibration, recovery, and buy-off activities.
Monitor equipment health, analyze failure trends, and recommend actions to improve reliability and maintenance effectiveness.
Support machine improvement initiatives focused on uptime, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, Product, Test, and Equipment Engineering teams to address operational and maintenance-related concerns.
Assist in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions for recurring equipment failures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, downtime reports, and PM documentation.
Support EFAR, FMEA, risk assessment, error-proofing, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, EHS, and operational standards.
Provide technical support during equipment installations, upgrades, engineering evaluations, and new product introductions.
Support spare parts management and ensure maintenance readiness of critical equipment.
Participate in PM transformation initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.
