Manual Test Analyst /Manual Tester

Job Description: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and, if applicable, create user stories. * Assess testing capability and capacity, developing comprehensive test plans in conjunction with the Program Manager. * Develop Business Test Plans, secure necessary approvals, and ensure appropriate test accounts are provisioned and conditioned. * Manage defect logging and retesting until resolution. Key Deliverables: * Test Plans and Scripts * Test Account Conditioning * Execution of Testing, including stakeholder approvals (e.g., Business Test Manager, Program Manager, Business Sponsor) for closed scripts. * Testing Exit Reports submitted by code freeze, requiring Program Manager approval and submission to the Assigned Test Manager. * Daily Status Reports covering testing level of concern, summary, requirements, burndown plan, defect lists, tollgates, status, and test cases.
