The Manager, Product Management is a member of the Next Generation Software Solutions (NGSS) team whose mission is to drive better and faster results for Bain consultants and clients through digital products that are embedded in Bain's consulting solutions. The NGSS team partners closely with Industry and Capability Practices to bring Bain's IP to life through the development and growth of tools, technologies, services, and support capabilities. In this role, the Manager collaborates closely with the Practice to understand how software fits into the consulting strategy and is responsible for delivering product outcomes that drive commercial objectives. The Manager, Product Management is responsible for the end-to-end discovery, development and delivery of all features/functionality for one larger or a few smaller products, and proactively takes ownership of product outcomes and drives cross-functional teams to delivery. The Manager may also be responsible for the day-to-day management, professional development, and coaching of their direct reports.
