Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit an experienced Manager Planning – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, technical coordination, and resource planning for large-scale MEP works across high-rise developments.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage MEP planning activities for high-rise building projects.- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project timelines are achieved.- Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and mitigation strategies.- Support technical coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.- Review BIM models, Revit models, and AutoCAD drawings for planning and coordination purposes.- Prepare recovery plans, resource forecasts, and project performance reports.- Ensure compliance with project milestones, client requirements, and company standards.- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning-related technical support.- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and planning records.Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.- Minimum 15+ years of experience in contracting companies.- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.- Strong expertise in BIM Modeling and Revit.- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.- Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple project schedules and meet strict deadlines.Benefits- Salary with benefits as per industry standards.- Opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE.Immediately available candidates will be given preference.
