职责：

• 与游戏业务团队紧密合作，协助统筹与支持游戏业务的海外传播需求，包括但不限于制定传播策略、撰写传播材料、负责相关国际传播项目等；
• 跟踪监测海外媒体及游戏媒体报道，协助拓展与维护媒体关系，处理相关媒体问询；
• 跟踪国内外游戏产业趋势与政策方向，与法务，公共事务等团队密切合作，为业务发展提供传播建议与支持；

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with game business teams, assist in coordinating and supporting the overseas communication needs of each game business, such as formulating communication strategies, preparing communication materials and managing relevant international communication projects.
• Tracking and monitoring overseas media and game media coverage, assist in exploring and maintaining media relations, and handling related media inquiries.
• Track domestic and international game industry trends and policy directions, work closely with legal and public affairs teams to provide communication advice and support for business development

Who We Look For

Job Requirements

要求：

• 5年以上公关传播经验，本科或以上学历，公关传播、新闻传播、市场营销等相关专业，有国际公司或国际公关公司经验优先，有媒体工作经验优先，有海外留学或工作经验优先
• 了解国际媒体环境，有媒体工作经验优先
• 了解游戏产业及游戏产业媒体优先
• 精通英语，有良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力，执行力，抗压力，跨文化工作能力，可适应跨时差团队协作

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in PR and communications with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or other related fields; experience in international companies or international PR firms preferred, experience in media preferred, overseas study or work experience preferred
• High understanding of global media environment, experience in media engagement is preferred.
• Good knowledge of game industry, knowledge and passion of game industry media is preferred
• Proficient in English, good communication skills, teamwork, execution, anti-stress, cross-cultural working ability, able to work with team members across time zone
