WHAT YOU'LL DOWHAT YOU'LL DO- Recruit for a wide range of roles across the business, from junior to senior levels, and across different countries and offices - for example, roles in Finance, Marketing, Operations and HR
- Act as a talent advisor to key stakeholders, bringing innovative recruitment strategies to the table
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through both established and new channels
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs
- Regularly report recruitment status to leadership, your supervisor and HRBPs
- Check in with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans and adjust accordingly
- Develop repeatable processes that streamline the recruitment cycle
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Avature
- Contribute to ETR team projects and help upgrade shared tools and resources
- Take on other duties as needed
ABOUT YOU
ABOUT YOUABOUT YOU- 5+ years' recruiting experience in corporate and in-house environments
