Job Overview
Performs routine and preventive maintenance at facilities and on manufacturing machinery for assigned area(s) including physical building(s), process, and support equipment.
Job Requirements
- Inspecting, operating, and testing machinery or equipment to determine malfunctions and deciding on appropriate solutions to correct them.
- Providing technical support and training to maintenance and engineering department staff, as required.
- Leading routine maintenance and preventive maintenance required at the facilities, and on manufacturing machinery.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues to minimize production downtime and process waste.
What your background should look like
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
