This person must have an eye for detail, as this role requires multiple cleaning tasks. While not required, it would be preferred that the person is mechanically inclined, as minor repairs may be necessary. The work environment is fast-paced and requires you to be on your feet for your entire shift. You are expected to complete the daily maintenance checklist, which includes the following duties:Filtering oil fryersMaintaining outside grounds; picking up trash, power washing, snow blowing, shoveling snowCleaning a variety of equipmentCleaning windowsCleaning and organizing the stock room, cooler, and freezerEmptying trash receptaclesChanging light bulbsChanging HVAC filtersCleaning debris or ice off the roofSweeping/mopping floors to remove debris and spillsCleaning restroomsIdentifying and communicating opportunities pertaining to equipment cleanliness and repair needsPrepare the restaurant for truck deliveries and put products away after truck delivery.The list above is not exhaustive, as required duties may change or be added depending on the restaurant's needs.
