Develop advanced generative AI solutions using open-source LLMs.Participate in the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. Assess machine learning model performance, iterate on improvements, and apply best practices for model validation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish effective MLOps practices, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and management of machine learning models. Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, working closely with various teams.Leverage cloud platforms for scalable and efficient machine learning solutions, utilising services like AWS or Google Cloud.RequirementsProfessional ExperienceProven experience (2-3 years) in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a focus on NLP.Experience in developing and deploying chatbot or conversational AI systems.
