For theM&A Legalteam in theMilanoffice, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be responsible for activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions.

Specifically, will be in charge of:

  • Legal due diligence activities;
  • Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;
  • Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, corporate reorganizations, etc.);
  • Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters;
  • Doctrinal and case law research activities.

Come As You Are – Your Skills and Qualifications

This opportunity is perfect for you if you have:

  • 1-2 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting;
  • Master's degree in Law with a grade higher than 105/110;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills;
  • Flexibility and dynamism.
