Logistics SpecialistKey Responsibilities:ProcurementReview supplier quotations and supporting documents prior to issuing Purchase Orders (PO).Manage the end-to-end PO process, from issuance and supplier acknowledgment through to PO closure.Coordinate with suppliers to expedite or defer materials in line with business requirements, while balancing demand and inventory levels.Ensure timely updates and follow-ups on PO status.Investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies.Source third-party suppliers for products and services.Conduct price negotiations for tenders and contractual agreements.Warehouse OperationsOversee PO receiving processes within the warehouse.Support cycle count activities and related documentation.Perform administrative tasks related to warehouse operations.Conduct annual inventory counts.Forecast and monitor safety stock levels.Shipping & LogisticsProcess sales order shipments within the ERP system.Source and coordinate freight services.Track, record, and report shipment status, productivity, and related metrics.Prepare customs-related documentation and reports.Ensure compliance with trade regulations and reporting requirements.RequirementsQualifications: Minimum Degree with experience in Procurement and Logistics activities in similarindustryExperience in industrial products, project execution and aftermarket servicesenvironmentExperience in negotiation with suppliers on pricing and deliveryProficient in Ms Office, ExcelAble to multi-task, work independently and a strong team playerAble to work in fast-paced environmentPreferably knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP systemsFluent in English businessEasy going personalityHave vehicle with driving license A
