ResponsibilitiesSupport daily LCL warehouse operations, including cargo consolidation activitiesCoordinate with warehouse operators, freight forwarders, and consolidators on cargo movement, scheduling, and space utilisationMonitor operational performance such as cargo turnaround time, handling accuracy, and warehouse productivityAssist in resolving operational issues related to cargo discrepancies, delays, damages, or documentationEnsure compliance with safety procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements within LCL operationsSupport process improvement and digitalisation initiatives to enhance LCL warehouse efficiency and visibilityPrepare operational reports, performance updates, and basic data analysis for management reviewSupport cross-functional collaboration with operations, planning, commercial, and ecosystem partner teamsRequirementsDiploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related disciplineUp to 3 years of experience in LCL warehouse operations, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain rolesBasic understanding of LCL cargo flows and warehouse processesStrong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environmentClarence Khoh R1552376
