Logistics Assistant Manager (Johor - Manufacturer)

Assist and support the execution of warehouse access and distribution activities for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials Coordinate logistics flow across the following channels:From factory / third-party (Co-Manufacturer / Supplier) to warehouseFrom factory / warehouse to customersFrom factory / warehouse to intercompany entitiesTo and from Co-PackersCustoms-related processesEnsure effective execution of both local and export logistics operationsManage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including import/export and customs clearance proceduresDrive continuous improvement in warehouse logistics and distribution to enhance service levels and reduce operational costsIdentify opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain to minimize waste, optimize efficiency, and improve customer satisfactionLiaise with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operationsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field Experience in international trading, particularly container export operationsFamiliar with customs procedures, clearance processes, port operations, and freight forwarding workflowStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills with the ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders across different levelsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational challenges effectivelyBenefitsCompetitive salary package Performance-based bonusDaily meal providedCompany parkingGroup Medical & Personal Accident (PA) insurance upon confirmationAdditional benefits will be shared during the interview
