The role focuses on ensuring alignment between design intent and plant execution, driving effective problem solving, validation, and quality improvements.In addition, the role will remotely oversee engineering requirements for the Indonesia plant, acting as the primary interface with HQ Engineering for all engineering-related activities.This position carries strong ownership of engineering coordination, change management, cost alignment, and localization execution, ensuring timely program delivery and issue closure.Key Responsibilities 1. Engineering Ownership (Chassis & Powertrain) Lead engineering activities for chassis and powertrain systemsSupport plant operations in resolving production, quality, and field issuesEnsure compliance with performance, durability, and safety requirements2. Engineering Coordination & HQ Interface Act as the primary engineering interface with HQ EngineeringLead all technical communication and alignment activitiesEnsure seamless coordination between:India plant teams Indonesia & Vietnam plant (remote support)HQ engineering3. Indonesia Remote Support (Key Responsibility) Remotely oversee engineering requirements for the Indonesia plantProvide end-to-end support for:Issue resolutionValidation activitiesChange implementationEnsure alignment across India–Indonesia–HQ engineering teams4.
