  • Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, motions, subpoenas, and proposed orders for attorney review
  • Manage and organize large volumes of discovery, including electronic documents and media files
  • Summarize depositions and prepare comprehensive indexes and case materials
  • Conduct legal research utilizing Westlaw, LEXIS, and other research platforms
  • Perform California state and federal court e-filing and maintain procedural compliance
  • Coordinate with witnesses, experts, and clients throughout the litigation process
  • Support trial preparation and assist with jury instructions and related filings
  • Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case management systems
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and outside parties to advance case strategy

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • California Paralegal Certificate required
  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Working knowledge of California state and federal court procedures and e-filing requirements
  • Proficiency with Westlaw, LEXIS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and case management software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Professional demeanor and excellent attention to detail
