Territories & Quota Analyst, LHH CTM

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Territories & Quota Analyst to join our Territory and Quota team within Global Sales Operations. This role focuses on supporting territories, quota and commissions processes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in Sales Operations or FP&A, with strong data analysis skills to support global sales strategies and the ability to identify and drive technology enhancements to optimise tools and processes.

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Commissions Support: Provide data and analysis to support commission processes, ensuring alignment with company policies. Collaborate with local commission teams, HR, and finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate commission payouts.
  • Quota & Territory Alignment: Work with the Territory and Quota Manager to align forecasts with quota and territory assignments. Assist in allocating and adjusting quotas based on sales performance data and coverage needs.
  • Technology Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve and enhance existing sales operations tools, including forecasting, reporting, and quota management systems. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement new technologies, streamline processes, and ensure tool adoption across global teams.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Generate and maintain reports on sales performance, commission payouts, and forecast accuracy. Use data insights to support decision-making for quota and territory management.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with diverse teams across cultures, including sales, finance, HR, and IT, to ensure data accuracy. Provide training to sales teams on forecasting and commission-related processes and act as a key contact for inquiries regarding forecasts, commissions, or quotas.

All About You

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, FP&A, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM systems).
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Desirable experience with sales forecasting methodologies, commission structures, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Experience identifying and implementing technology improvements in sales tools and systems is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with global teams.
