This position is 100% remote and is not required to come into the office.OverviewThe Sr. Performance Marketing Manager will own all aspects of both in-house and agency-executed Programmatic campaigns — from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and executive reporting. You will plan and execute Programmatic media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, The Trade Desk), independently developing media strategy, creative briefs, and a testing roadmap grounded in data. You will serve as the internal subject matter expert for Programmatic, driving a multi-quarter channel roadmap and representing the channel confidently to cross-functional partners and senior leadership. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.
