If you love working with SMEs and building impactful training programs — this role is for you!? What you’ll do:• Design and structure end-to-end learning journeys across tech domains• Convert raw SME inputs into clear, learner-friendly modules• Create training materials (PPTs, documentation, Confluence pages)• Collaborate with engineering teams, SMEs & stakeholders• Build engaging, outcome-driven training programs? We’re looking for someone who:• Has strong experience in Instructional Design / Curriculum Design• Can bring clarity to unstructured content• Has excellent communication & stakeholder management skills• Has worked with technical teams or in tech-driven environments?
