About the role

Our Web Performance Technical Architects makes commerce better for everyone by making storefronts faster, bounce less and convert more.Technical Architects have deep specialization in Web Performance. You will engage with the most important merchants on the platform providing sound direction, proof of concepts, and/or advice on how to speed up stores. Working directly with new and existing merchants, Technical Architects provide in-depth expertise in both long term projects and shorter term engagements. You will identify larger opportunities for performance gains and work with engineering to implement on the platform making an impact for merchants everywhere.Please Note - As part of the hiring process for this role you will be asked to debug performance issues live.
