Responsibilities

• ​Apply domain expertise in cross-functional processes and businesses interactions.
• Responsible for management of vendors and business unit requirements.
• Analyze data, statistics, trends, conduct feasibility study etc to identify/detect/resolve issues.
• Conduct research, focus groups, surveys to gain deeper understanding of the business, problems and issues.
• Manage intermediate level case studies and challenges with minimal supervision.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to plan and support tactical processes and follow-up with Business teams resolve issues.
• Present, explain and substantiate offerings/finding/solutions to stakeholders verbally and visually.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve any team hurdles.
• Perform all the due diligence agreed before onboarding vendors and managing their performance.
• Formulate methodologies to implement solutions and overcome obstacles while providing recommendations for improvement.
• Identify, develop and implement process and project enhancements.
• Management & execution of reports and provide analysis as and when required to management.
• Conceptualize and deliver solutions based on business problems and need.
• Know upstream and downstream processes of cluster.​​​
• Comprehend, analyze and interpret business requirements and push back on inaccurate and not data driven requirements..
• Represent and contribute to internal forums, market intelligence and Innovation.
• Lead medium-impact project under guidance of the senior team members.
• Manage all level of stakeholders.
• Conduct advanced financial analysis and operates autonomously with little supervision in order to achieve objectives assigned.

Profile

Experience- 4-6 year's experience in Cost/ management reporting

Skills Needed:​

• Graduate or post graduate degree in any specialization.
• Advanced problem solving and decision making to be able to navigate through the system effectively.
• Intermediate communication skills in written/verbal forms.
• Demonstrated strong negotiation, interpretation and Influencing skills.
• Proven functional and domain proficiency.
• Intermediate Project and Program Management for timely delivery of tasks.
• Strong organizational navigation and coordination skills.
• Ability to guide Senior Associates on delivering as per the service level agreements.
• Advanced analytical skills and creative ideas to formulate multiple solutions based on reasoning and logic.
• High demonstrated learning agility.
• Well versed with market practices, process and relevant industry knowledge.
