Lead, Business Integration Transformation GC

About the Role:

Drive GC enterprise-level portfolio and operating management, translating strategic priorities into actionable execution plans across cross-functional teams. Design and optimize operating models for key GC initiatives, simplify and streamline business processes and ways of working, and drive effective collaboration and execution at scale through AI-powered solutions and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Portfolio Management - Build and manage GC enterprise-level project portfolios, providing clear visibility into priorities, progress, timelines, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to accelerate execution and delivery
• Operating Model & Ways of Working - Design, streamline, and simplify operating models, governance, and ways of working across critical GC priorities. Drive organizational effectiveness by improving cross-functional collaboration, decision-making, and execution discipline.
• AI Enablement & Innovation - Build and deploy AI technologies, tools, and solutions to simplify work, streamline processes, and enhance team productivity. Identify business use cases and leverage emerging AI capabilities to create new and more effective ways of working.
• PMO - Lead PMO efforts for critical GC enterprise initiatives and transformation programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, Consulting, or related industries
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level AI and digital transformation, organizational transformation, and complex cross-functional initiatives
• Strong digital and AI capabilities, with the ability to independently develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions based on business needs and use cases
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a passion for exploring innovative ways of working and applying AI technologies to solve business challenges
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chines
