  • Represent employers in labor and employment matters before state and federal courts and government agencies
  • Handle employment litigation from initial strategy through resolution
  • Represent clients before agencies including the MCAD, EEOC, and NLRB

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of management-side labor and employment law experience
  • Active Massachusetts Bar admission in good standing
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Experience with employment litigation, counseling, government agencies, arbitration, or traditional labor matters
  • Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
  • Practical, strategic, proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience representing schools, educational institutions, nonprofits, or education-related clients preferred
  • Additional state Bar admissions are a plus
