Lab technician

Be responsible for semiconductor product’s electronic characterization test and Lab equipment’s maintenance/repair.

进行半导体产品的电学特性测试并负责实验室设备的维护/维修。

• Diploma in electronics, electromechanical or equivalent.

有电子，机电一体化或相近专业大专文凭。

• Have basic knowledge on discrete semiconductor product (MOSFET and IGBT) and module product.

有对分立器件（MOSFET和IGBT）和模块产品的基础知识。

• Have good use experience on general test equipment/tool, especially oscilloscope, pulse generator, power supply and multi-meter.

有对通用电子测试设备的良好的使用经验，特别是示波器，脉冲发生器，电源和万用表。

• Be familiar with writing English. Can communicate with foreign engineer by e-mail.

熟悉英语。可以和国外工程师文字或邮件交流。

• Positive work attitude (carefulness, patience, modest) and good cooperation spirit is especially important and critical.

积极向上的工作态度（细心，耐心，谦虚）和良好的合作态度是尤为重要的品质。

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform power semiconductor product’s electronic characterization test。

执行功率半导体产品的电学特性测试。

• Carry out Lab equipment’ repair, maintenance, buyoff and performance verification.

负责实验室设备的维修，维护，考核和性能验证工作。

• Fabricate test bench, test fixture and test socket.

制做测试手工台，测试夹具和测试插座。

• Communicate with foreign engineer on semiconductor characterization test and related technique.

和国外工程师进行半导体特性测试和相关技术的沟通交流。

• Purchase equipment & spare part & tool and prepare related documents.

购买设备，备件，工具并准备相关文档。
