Job description
Support daily operational tasks of the assigned department under the supervision of line managers
Assist in communicating with Korean-speaking guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience
Translate or interpret basic information between Korean and English/Vietnamese when required
Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups in a courteous and professional manner
Support administrative tasks such as preparing reports, documents, or guest information as assigned
Participate in on-the-job training and departmental briefings
Comply with company policies, service standards, and workplace regulations
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head
