MISSION

L’Account Manager si occuperà di sviluppare e gestire il settore carrozzeria, attraverso una rete distributiva che dovrà identificare e strutturare.

Gestirà il portafoglio clienti che gli verrà attribuito e che dovrà implementare, supportando ed affiancando la forza vendita dei rivenditori scelti come partner.

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA'

  • Gestione dei rapporti con i principali distributori e sub-distributori nel settore carrozzeria.

  • Promozione di nuove tecnologie e soluzioni innovative.

  • Sviluppo e consolidamento di relazioni solide e di fiducia con i key account, coinvolgendo tutte le funzioni organizzative Sika (Acquisti, Technical service, Marketing, ecc.).

  • Rafforzamento del networking con clienti diretti e distributori.

  • Sviluppo di una comprensione completa delle esigenze e delle aspettative dei key account.

  • Lettura delle dinamiche di mercato con previsione dei cambiamenti e delle opportunità di miglioramento dei key account, con particolare attenzione ai temi di Sostenibilità.

  • Supporto alla definizione e all'implementazione di una pianificazione strategica finalizzata alla crescita delle vendite e dei margini.

  • Definizione e monitoraggio dei budget interni in collaborazione con l’azienda e dei budget esterni con i clienti.

  • Pianificazione e presentazione di report mensili sull’andamento dei rapporti con i clienti, sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi e sulle iniziative trimestrali

  • Partecipazione a congressi, seminari, associazioni di settore e fiere.

  • Analisi del mercato e della concorrenza, elaborazione di dati e statistiche di vendita e traduzione dei risultati in azioni e soluzioni di miglioramento.

ZONE DI COMPETENZA: Principalmente Centro-Sud Italia

Qualifiche

Formazione:

  • Diploma di tipo tecnico o Laurea (preferibilmente in ambito economico, ingegneristico o automotive)

Informazioni aggiuntive

Esperienza

  • Almeno 3–5 anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali, preferibilmente nel settore After Market automotive

Competenze

  • Preferibile conoscenza dei canali distributivi e delle dinamiche del mercato ricambi ( automotive )

  • Forte orientamento al cliente e al risultato

  • Spiccate capacità di negoziazione e comunicazione
