We are a leading provider of advanced enterprise software solutions to cater for loyalty schemes, driving digital transformation for large-scale organizations. To support the continuous growth of our commercial division, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Executive to take ownership of our highest-value accounts, ensuring their long-term growth, satisfaction, and retention.


Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of proven track record as a Key Account Manager / Executive in enterprise software (B2B SaaS or On-Premise)
  • Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated success in mapping and managing complex decision-making structures up to C-suite and VP levels
  • Strategic Vision: Hands-on experience with joint business planning, account mapping, and running executive business reviews (QBRs/EBRs)
  • Revenue Mindset: Proven ability to hit renewal targets, drive expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and manage complex commercial negotiations
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong capability to analyze usage metrics, track ROI, and utilize account health indicators to mitigate churn risks
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Skill in orchestrating internal account pods (Solutions Architects, Customer Success Engineers, Support)
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in both English & German (min. C1) for daily interactions with enterprise clients


Key Responsibilities

  • Account Strategy & Planning: Build and execute strategic multi-year account roadmaps, map key enterprise stakeholders, and track ROI/KPI metrics for clients
  • Relationship & Executive Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and connecting client executive sponsors with internal leadership
  • Revenue Expansion: Identify new business opportunities across client business units, manage expansion pipelines, and lead contract negotiations
  • Retention & Renewals: Monitor account health and product adoption indicators to manage complex renewal cycles and proactively address churn risks
  • Voice of the Customer (VoC): Channel client requirements back to Product Management, preview product roadmaps, and drive adoption alongside Customer Success Managers
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate internal resources (Technical Consultants, Support, Professional Services) to deliver on account commitments
