Specifically, when you join theDigital Finance Transformationteam inMilan, you will collaborate with experienced colleagues who specialize in functional consultancy on Corporate Performance Management systems, supporting our clients in the analysis, review, and design of processes that support the CFO and subsequent implementation of technological platforms.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

  • Redefining theEPM strategyfor leading Italian and international companies, supporting the CFO in redesigning the performance model;
  • Designing and implementing IT solutions tosupport finance and business processes, working with top players in the EPM tool market (Board, Oracle, SAP, Tagetik);
  • Analyzing and defining new functional requirements for Statutoryand Managerial Consolidation, Budgeting, Forecasting, Long-Term Planning, Sales and Operational Planning, Product Costing, and implementing innovativePerformance Managementsolutions;
  • Assessing the impacts and benefits expected fromautomationthrough business cases;
  • Monitoringpre- and post-transformationperformance;
  • Defining the organizational structure, competencies, required resources, training plan, operating logic, and timelines for the realization ofFinance 4.0.

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

  • a master’s degree inEconomics/ManagementorManagement Engineeringwith excellent grades;
  • an excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad.
  • experience with modules of Board, Tagetik CPM, SAP BPC, or Oracle Hyperion solutions will be considered a plus;
