Support the growth, adoption, and visibility of the Trade program across key LATAM markets. This role provides hands-on support to the Trade leadership team by identifying growth opportunities, fostering internal adoption, supporting demand generation initiatives, and delivering qualified prospects to the Trade team. The role contributes to Trade growth through enablement, coordination, and opportunity generation in a B2B environment.<\/p>\n

Identify and qualify potential companies<\/span> to join the Trade program through research, opportunity assessment, and follow-up activities.<\/p>\n

Drive internal Trade adoption and awareness<\/span> by promoting the program across different business areas and supporting enablement initiatives.<\/p>\n

Coordinate Trade-related marketing and communication activities<\/span>, ensuring consistent visibility and engagement across internal and external channels.<\/p>\n

Support the planning and execution of Trade events and training programs<\/span>, including logistics, communications, materials, and participant follow-up.<\/p>\n

Monitor performance and provide insights<\/span> through reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the growth of the Trade program.<\/p>\n

Required:<\/p>\n

  • Experience in business support, marketing, sales enablement, or similar roles.<\/li>\n
  • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, International Business, International Trade, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing <\/span>o related fields.<\/li>\n
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.<\/li>\n
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and propose ideas.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across countries.<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
