Position SummaryWe are seeking a finance professional with strong expertise in accounts receivable administration or general accounting, preferably within a captive/shared services environment of a multinational organization. The role requires an individual who can operate effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment, collaborating across regions and stakeholders at all levels.The incumbent will support the Manager / Sr. Manager in driving process excellence and transformation initiatives, including process transitions, standardization, and automation efforts. Additionally, the role will partner closely with Regional Finance leadership to support the execution of Regional revenue and accounts receivable strategies, contributing to scalable, efficient, and high-quality finance operations across the region. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue OperationsLead reconciliations of client expenses across APAC regionPrepare analysis of outstanding A/R, deferred revenue, billing-in-advance to support business improvement in days to collection.Support other revenue operations, including invoicing, contract data maintenance, CRM maintenance, reconciliation and posting of cash applications, reconciliations and routine query resolution across the APAC region.Maintain more complex contract data, amendments, renewals and master data updatesPrepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders of billable expenses Track and report KPIs and dashboards to enable informed decision-making Stakeholder ManagementLiaise with senior leadership to review client expense status, promoting billable status oversight and analysis.
