You’ll play an important role in General Ledger activities across London and other EMEA markets, helping ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting while collaborating with stakeholders across the region.WHAT YOU’LL DOManage bank reconciliations, including downloading and posting bank statements, clearing accounts, and ensuring accurate reporting.Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, leases, VAT adjustments, staff recovery deductions, employee receivables, prepayment amortization, cost reallocations to other Bain offices, and correction journals.Perform monthly reconciliations of cash and other balance sheet accounts.Assist with audit activities, fixed asset reviews, and asset disposals.Support in-month account analysis and contribute to quarterly and annual statutory reporting, including tax and employee-related reporting requirements.Assist with ad hoc finance requests, analysis, and reporting as required.ABOUT YOUBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–3 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year of General Ledger experience.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is an advantage.Strong Excel skills.Fluent in English (C1), which is essential for effective day-to-day collaboration.
