The Opportunity You will become part of our experienced and supportive Oils and Technical Services team as a Territory Manager, reporting to the Field Sales Manager. Cleanaway’s OTS business supports diverse industries by delivering environmentally sustainable solutions for liquid and hazardous chemical waste. Our Queensland operations include a strong network of waste management facilities that hold a significant market presence. Covering Cairns through to Port Douglas and Innisfail you will: Develop and nurture relationships with current and new prospective customers. Maintain a pipeline of new prospects and major contract renewals Drive our sustainable approach to waste management in new areas to support growth initiatives Proactively manage prospects and customer relationships through the sales cycle Collaborate with internal operations, technical and other Cleanaway business units to deliver integrated solutions for complex waste solutions Provide reporting on financial and sales performance About You You are a natural relationship builder who maintains genuine, long-lasting connections with customers. You excel at understanding and solving complex customer challenges, taking a consultative approach to sales and translating solutions into clear commercial value. You will also bring: Excellent B2B relationship skills with a proven track record of building and retaining existing business Highly effective in business development, with a proven ability to prospect, pursue, and convert new opportunities. Experience and understanding of the Technical Waste Industry, highly regulated industries or Transport & Logistics would be highly regarded Effective commercial acumen, solid negotiating and influencing skills Experience using (CRM) Customer Relationship Management software and intermediate MS Office skills would be advantageous A collaborative communication style with an outstanding new business/sales track record The ability to work autonomously, well organised, self-motivated, with outstanding presentation skills and highly developed verbal and written communication skills Why join Cleanaway?
