The Opportunity We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer to join our Health Services team in Northgate, QLD. Manage and grow customer relationships through proven strategies that drive retention, satisfaction and sales growth Handle customer service requests through Salesforce CRM Achieve first call resolution to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction Process pricing queries and escalate for compliance and approval Investigate, log and resolve customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes Monitor and record inbound and outbound call and email activity About You Previous experience in a customer service or sales role Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve customer issues effectively Strong communication and negotiation skills Calm under pressure and able to handle a fast-paced environment Salesforce CRM experience is a bonus — not essential Intermediate Excel skills Why join Cleanaway?
