Your opportunity To provide all administration and documentation support to the project as required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project and site. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Administrator will sit within the project team and be accountable for: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, ensuring compliance systems and documentation are maintained accurately Coordinate workforce inductions, onboarding documentation, licences, competencies and training records Support the preparation of project reports, KPI tracking and data management across systems Maintain project registers, records and documentation, including audits, training, certifications and compliance requirements Coordinate meetings, training sessions and project events, including scheduling, logistics and record keeping Assist with site audits, inspections and compliance activities, working closely with project and operational teams Our minimum requirements for this role are: Previous experience in administrative roles within civil construction or a related industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and build effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands We particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQIA+ community, mature workers, Veterans and Active Defence Reserve members, people with disabilities and people from different cultural backgrounds. Your opportunity To provide all administration and documentation support to the project as required to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project and site. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Administrator will sit within the project team and be accountable for: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team, ensuring compliance systems and documentation are maintained accurately Coordinate workforce inductions, onboarding documentation, licences, competencies and training records Support the preparation of project reports, KPI tracking and data management across systems Maintain project registers, records and documentation, including audits, training, certifications and compliance requirements Coordinate meetings, training sessions and project events, including scheduling, logistics and record keeping Assist with site audits, inspections and compliance activities, working closely with project and operational teams Our minimum requirements for this role are: Previous experience in administrative roles within civil construction or a related industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and build effective working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands We particularly welcome and encourage applications from Indigenous Peoples, women, the LGBTQIA+ community, mature workers, Veterans and Active Defence Reserve members, people with disabilities and people from different cultural backgrounds.
