Commercial Manager Job Duties Lead and manage all commercial activities for the data centre project, including cost control, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting. Manage subcontract administration, procurement, variations, claims and contractual correspondence across CSA and MEP packages. Review project costs and commercial risks and opportunities, and provide timely advice to the project leadership team. Lead commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to protect the company’s contractual and financial position. Work closely with Project, Engineering, Planning, Procurement and Construction teams to support project delivery, commissioning and handover. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years’ commercial management / quantity surveying experience on major construction projects, preferably data centres or mission-critical facilities. Strong experience in cost control, forecasting, subcontract administration, procurement, variations, claims and contract management. Experience managing commercial matters across CSA and MEP packages is highly desirable. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
