Key responsibilities: Provide first-line HR advice and support to employees and leaders on policies, procedures and employment matters Assist managers with performance management, employee relations matters and workplace investigations Support grievance resolution and help maintain fair and consistent HR practices Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems Review employment documentation to ensure compliance with legislation, enterprise agreements and company policies Investigate and resolve payroll-related queries in collaboration with site and payroll teams Prepare workforce reports including headcount, turnover, absenteeism and compliance metrics Analyse HR data and provide insights to support workforce planning and decision-making Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR service delivery and employee experience Build effective relationships with operational leaders, employees and key stakeholders across the business.
