Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP project delivery. • Data centre experience is essential. • Demonstrated experience managing and leading MEP teams on complex projects. • Strong coordination, leadership and people management skills. • Good knowledge of project HSE and quality requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. • Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Job Duties • Assist the MEP Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering MEP works in line with project requirements and programme. • Coordinate MEP activities with engineering, construction, planning, commercial, HSE and QA/QC teams. • Review MEP drawings, specifications, technical submissions and installation requirements. • Monitor site progress, identify delays, constraints and interface issues, and support corrective actions. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Monitor quality, inspections, testing and documentation, including NCRs, defects and punch list close-out. • Support HSE compliance and safe work practices across MEP activities. • Lead and coordinate MEP engineers, supervisors and site teams in the execution of assigned works. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP project delivery. • Data centre experience is essential. • Demonstrated experience managing and leading MEP teams on complex projects. • Strong coordination, leadership and people management skills. • Good knowledge of project HSE and quality requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
