The opportunity: Exciting opportunities exist for Casual Chefs to work a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) from Perth Airport to our remote sites throughout Western Australia. We are enhancing the catering and workplace experience in our WA Villages and your innovation and flare is needed to be a part of the team! Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality meals across Breakfast, Crib, and Dinner—while proudly upholding ISS’s reputation for excellence and creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations.
- Casual FIFO role – flexible swings based on site needs and your availability
- Hourly rate between $30 – $40.
- Meals, accommodation and uniforms included whilst on site (Steel cap boots included)

- Must have Australian Trade Qualification of Commercial Cookery Certificate 3 or higher
- Proven experience as a chef in high-volume catering, including bulk meals and banquet or function service.
- Experience in mining village operations (Desirable)
- Must have with a strong ability to meet client expectations for food quality, presentation, and strict adherence to food safety and HACCP standards.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
- Must pass a Pre-employment Medical Test, Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
- Driver's License/ Photo ID required
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
