JAVA Tech Lead

1. Experience in solution design, process design (translating business requirement in to a process flow in the applications

2. Led a team

3. Represented technology with business

4. Depth of experience in Java and/or J2EE

5. Web Services experience

6. Knowledge of Data Power

7. Knowledge of Weblogic
