This Security Manager position plays a core role in maintaining and upholding PIP at JASM. Job Responsibilities (at time of hire) Planning, operation, and improvement of security measures Installation, management, and operation of security equipment Risk reduction through access control Risk reduction of leakage, theft, and loss through inventory management Development and implementation of emergency response plans, facility security plans, and crisis management procedures Development and operation of security policies Management of security-related budget, staffing, and resource planning Measurement and reporting of security service effectiveness Implementation of security responses during VIP visits, including government officials Recruitment, training, guidance, and management of employees, outsourced personnel, and vendors Development and oversight of crisis management, disaster response, and business continuity plans (Scope of change) All duties as determined by the company / Potential for reassignment to any duty Required Qualifications Security Management Experience: Practical experience (approximately 5 years or more) in one or more areas such as information security, physical security, IT management, or crisis management, with comprehensive knowledge of security in general. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders and build cross-functional collaborative relationships.
