Roles and Responsibilities(Immediately after hiring) < Corp Task > Communicate / follow up on executives' direction with JASM management team and HQ when necessary Manage corporate projects across functions Manage executive meeting, recording, action follow-up Produce and manage executives' offical reports, presentations with topics across functions < External Affairs > Manage JASM Executives' external affairs role Initate/coordinate local gov't support and request Communicate with local gov't/society and ensure consistency with HQ direction/policy Bridge/guide action between internal & external stakeholders Prepare Executives' public speech Plan, manage and facilitate external events Manage JASM Gallery and its content < Secretary to President > Executive secretariat Develop secretariat practices and guide secretaries across functions Support ad-hoc project and assignment Interpreter < Assistant to Department > Secretariat of departments Support ad-hoc projects Facilitate logistics of external events Interpreter < ESG > Identify local ESG focus/concern and establish JASM ESG strategy Consolidate tsmc-like ESG across functions to JASM specific Establish JASM ESG guidline and procedure Integrate, plan, and execute ESG events across with internal and external stakeholders (Scope of change)There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company. Requirements Qualifications:・Bachelor’s degree or above in related major.・Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate and external affairs.・Proven experience in managing teams and leading complex projects.・Experience of corporate governance and external communications strategies.・Experience of stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration.Skills:・Business level English/Japanese. Mandarin is a plus Personal Attributes 1. Good team building and mature management skill.2. Must be highly organized & proactive.3. Solid presentation and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions1.
