JASM - Fab23 - Module Associate Engineer (MAE)(3101)

Responsibilities (Immediately after hiring) 1) Handling Diffusion, Thin Film, Lithography or Etching equipment in cleanroom environment.2) Install/Qualify new tool sets according to planned schedule to add capacity in a timely manner3) Applying your experience and systematic approach to solve critical equipment issues.4) Improving tool uptime availability and utilization efficiency.5) Identifying and pursuing potential opportunities for hardware capability enhancement.6) Performing visual inspections (quality check) post PM (Scope of change)There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company. Minimum Qualifications1) High school degree or above and manufacturing industry related experience. 2) Able to operate computer and system interface programs to ensure appropriate computing and analysis of production information.3) Able to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation. 4) Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and timeliness.5) A team player who can multitask and thrive in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.6) Good problem–solving and communication skills as well as a willingness to learn.7) The ability to troubleshoot complex problems and strong ownership in providing root-cause fixes. Preferred Qualifications1) Basic mechanical-related knowledge and knowledge of semiconductor processes are desirable. 2) Previous experience in equipment maintenance or improvement is a plus. 3) Entry level English is preferred.
