ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:\u00A0Under the general direction of the cellar manager and winemaking staff, this position will give the chance to lead in the following duties: \u00A0
- Forklifting \u2013 unloading and loading fruit, safely driving barrels\u00A0
- Harvest duties \u2013 sorting, destemming, pressing, etc.\u00A0
- Additions \u2013 yeast, acid, nutrients, etc.\u00A0
- Barrel work \u2013 cleaning, steaming, filling, emptying, and topping\u00A0
- Tank work - racking, transferring/blending both juice and wine\u00A0
- Sampling \u2013 obtain grape, juice, and/or wine samples\u00A0
- Bottling \u2013 help with bottling if need arises\u00A0
- Communicate effectively with supervisor and other staff \u00A0
- Cleaning of both equipment and facility\u00A0
- Other duties as assigned\u00A0

JOB REQUIREMENTS:\u00A0\u00A0Essential Skills and Experience- Must have at least 2 previous harvest experiences.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment and have a sense of pride in your work.
- Previous harvest and beverage production experience is desired but not required. Some forklift experience is highly desired.
- Must be able to work varying shifts and overtime, including weekends, as needed, particularly during the peak of the harvest season.
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
- Must be able to work in the US and have legal transportation.
