Workster is pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity as an Italian-speaking B2B Hotel Associate. This position is based in Lisbon and offers the chance to work with a leading hospitality company, maintaining high service standards and building lasting client relationships.
Position Overview
- Engage with Italian-speaking business clients to address queries and offer comprehensive solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the company and hotel partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hotel partners, ensuring they understand and utilise the system effectively.
- Monitor and analyse feedback from hotel partners to implement improvements in service and operations.
- Assist the sales team in account management and coordinate with marketing for promotional activities.
Key Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Italian, with a strong command of English (C1 level or above).
- Prior experience in account management, customer service, or the hospitality industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering productive client and partner relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and management tasks.
- Problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for proactive service delivery.
